Skechers Singapore offers a 15-day return policy from the date of receipt for items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, socks and innerwear are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Check Eligibility

Ensure your footwear or apparel is in its original packaging, unused, and has all original brand tags still attached.

Submit Return Request

Log into your Skechers account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a return authorization.

Pack and Label

Securely pack the items in their original box and attach the provided return shipping label to the outside of the parcel.

Drop Off or Collection

Drop off your package at any authorized Ninja Van collection point or schedule a doorstep pickup through our logistics partner portal.
